Overview

Whether you've always wanted to learn to draw people or are looking to build on your creative skills, this free introductory portrait drawing class offers a relaxed and supportive environment for adults aged 50 and over. Participants will explore the basics of facial proportions, shading, line work, and expression through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice. With step-by-step instruction and plenty of encouragement, you'll develop foundational drawing skills while creating your own portraits, connecting with fellow artists, and discovering the joy of creative expression. All materials are provided, making it easy to try something new and leave inspired to continue your artistic journey.
