Paint + Play: A Free Youth Workshop

Students will learn all about working with acrylics!

Overview

Day 1 will cover colour mixing, creating tone, shade and tint references and generating a unique image that will serve as the basis for a painting. 

Day 2 students will put all their knowledge to work in finishing their painting. Having a day that balances work periods of focused activity with breaks that encourage movement, discussion and creative play 

By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of how to mix and use colour in your artwork. 

Materials: all materials are included with registration.
