Darren Cranford

Darren Cranford is a Niagara-on-the-Lake painter and illustrator whose work celebrates storytelling through colour and light. A graduate of MUN's School-of-Fine-Arts and member of the NOTL Arts Collective, Darren's art has been featured at RiverBrink Art Museum and in his 2025 solo show The Weight of Quiet Things at Brockamour Manor. He's also the illustrator of Nottle's First Day of School, a children's book about kindness and friendship. When he's not painting, Darren co-runs a visual effects studio and continues to share his love of creativity with others through teaching and community art events.
