Paul is a Niagara-on-the-Lake based artist and arts educator who has been a working artist and teacher since 1993. A resident of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, he has worked with students of all ages, focusing on creating environments where artists can grow and expand through demonstration, coaching, and mentoring.
His artwork draws heavily from pop culture and moves across a wide range of forms, from life-size sculpture and classical renaissance-inspired painting to large panel comic and illustration-based works. This range reflects both a respect for traditional technique and a fascination with contemporary visual storytelling.
Paul previously taught with the District School Board of Niagara at the high school level, where he instructed courses in Visual Arts, Digital Arts, Theatre, and Music. Today much of his work centres on community arts programming, particularly through Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where he continues to share his experience with emerging and developing artists.
