Tamara Plugers

Tamara is a practicing artist and certified Paverpol instructor. She has always had a fascination for creating things from fabric and loves texture and flow. As a young woman she was an accomplished seamstress and worked in a fabric store. Now she incorporates fabric into sculptures using Paverpol.
