The Annual General Meeting will take place in-person at the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre, 247 Ricardo St., Niagara-on-the-Lake.

All Members, the Directors and the auditors of the Corporation are invited and eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting. Each membership type, permits one vote at the Annual General Meeting. 

If you are unable to attend, download the proxy voting form and return to the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre in person or by email to office@niagarapumphouse.ca no later than Sunday, November 23rd. The Board Secretary, Natalie Early, can be appointed as your proxy. If you grant your proxy to somebody other than the Board Secretary, please ensure the person is aware that you have granted them your proxy vote.
