2024 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will take place in-person at the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre, 247 Ricardo St., Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Each membership type, permits one vote at the Annual General Meeting. Lapsed memberships are not eligible to vote; however, all are welcome to attend.

Only members, whose membership fees have been paid for the year, or those who have a Lifetime Membership, will be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting; however, all are welcome to attend.

If you are unable to attend, download the proxy voting form and return to the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre in person or by email to office@niagarapumphouse.ca no later than Sunday, November 17th. The Board Secretary, Marina Glencross, can be appointed as your proxy. If you grant your proxy to somebody other than the Board Secretary, please ensure the person is aware that you have granted them your proxy vote.
