The Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre and Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro are thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of this competition now on its 7th year. This exciting opportunity is open to artists residing, working, or operating within Niagara Region. The winning designs will be installed on the selected hydro boxes in Niagara-on-the-Lake .
