ArtOut is a free art program for LGBTQ+ community members in the Niagara Region, created to provide positive recognition, support mental well-being, and foster a sense of belonging through art making and public celebration.

ArtOut EXHIBITION AND CELEBRATION
On June 20, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we will honor the incredible work of students who have participated in the ArtOut program, uplifting LGBTQ+ voices through art and expression. This family-friendly celebration brings together artists and supporters for an afternoon of connection and joy.
Program participants can enjoy a vibrant showcase of their artwork alongside live entertainment, including drag performances and comedy sketches. Creative activities will be available for all ages, making this an inclusive and welcoming event for everyone. Baked goods and beverages will also be served.

ARTWORK DROP OFF
While many participants have already provided artwork to be exhibited on June 20th, if you would like to be included in the exhibition please bring an artwork no larger than 12 x 18 inches to the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre.
Drop off is available Thursday June 11th between 11 & 4 pm and Saturday June 13th between 11 & 4. Please ensure the back of the artwork is clearly labeled with your name, email and phone number.
TRANSPORTATION
Bus transportation is available for pick-up and drop off from the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre ( 250 St.Paul Street, St. Catharines) for Saturday June 20th. Please email programs@niagarapumphouse.ca to register for transportation.
