Mark Skeffington is a Thorold-based artist who paints landscapes in oils using squeegees and palette knives. He sits on the board of the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre as Exhibits Chair. He is also an art dealer, selling Canadian fine art through the online gallery FineArtCollector.ca.
