A Moment in Time

I have spent my professional career in the fields of Business & Commerce, as well as post-secondary education. The bulk of my working life has been with the Ontario College System, initially as a full professor and eventually as Dean of Business, Hospitality and Tourism at St. Clair College and Niagara College. My formal education includes a Diploma in Applied Arts, a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master of Arts Degree, as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree.

For the past 20 years, I have been exploring the medium of Painting in Acrylics on Canvas. I am, in large part, self-taught and have been developing a broad based and evolving approach to acrylic painting through an on-going series of internet-based tutorials. As an artist, I prefer to experiment with constantly evolving styles and techniques applied to a wide variety of subject matters. As of the end of October 2022, I have created 138 acrylic paintings of various sizes and dimensions, some on multiple canvases that cover 162 panels.
