As an artist with commercial art training, Lise brings a deep love of the visual arts. Lise founded Continuum II, a highly respected boutique financial planning firm in Burlington Ontario. As a trusted source for Globe and Mail, National Post and Toronto Star, Lises' financial planning accomplishments include authoring 3 books. She served on the Board of Directors for Halton Women's Place and established the Andreana Family Trust Fund to assist youth and their families.
Ron is passionate about giving back and providing financial expertise. As a Chartered Accountant, Ron's career with the Ontario Public Service included senior management positions in the Ministry of Finance. He has served as Treasurer on the Boards of Willowbank, The Rotary Club of Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Bed and Breakfast Association and St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.
Gwen believes art has an important place in our lives and in our community and that we need to encourage and support creativity and imagination in every child and adult. With strong communication and organization skills, Gwen uses experience gained as a Registered Nurse to make a positive difference. Gwen has held many leadership roles professionally and as a volunteer.
Mark is a Niagara art lover, collector, dealer and artist, with a strong passion for Canadian art. His passion for art led him to start painting and join the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre. He owns two online art galleries: FineArtCollector.ca, which features works by major Canadian artists such as David Blackwood, and another devoted to painter W.J. Hopkinson. Mark works in communications/public relations, after a previous career spent as an award-winning journalist.
Patti has always been an active volunteer in the communities where she has lived. Since arriving in Niagara-on-the-Lake three years ago, she has served as a volunteer with the Canada 150 celebrations, Shaw Festival and Music Niagara. Patti has expertise in the design and implementation of human resources strategies. She uses her skills in policy & procedure development, talent acquisition strategy and succession planning to support the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Team.
Sandra was introduced to the visual arts at an early age and it has been a continual thread in her life. She has formal fine arts training from Sheridan College Fine Arts Certificate program. Sandra has been involved in solo shows, live art auctions, and has planned juried community exhibitions. Sandra's career was in Administrative and Project Management in Clinical Research for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Sandra brings this expertise and keen eye for detail to everything she does. Sandra is now retired and enjoying instructing, painting, and voluntarily supporting the arts in her new community.
Wendy was elected as a Niagara-on-the-Lake Town Councilor in 2018 and currently sits as a Board member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Town's Agricultural committee and the Communities in Bloom committee. Wendy has had a very rewarding career in the wine business and is currently a strategic planning consultant assisting wineries, tourism associations & hospitality clients to improve business performance and drive growth.
Judy's professional background has always involved finance, given her credentials in the fields of accounting & payroll, and qualification as a Six-Sigma Analyst. She sits as a Director at the Niagara Historical Museum where she chairs the Governance Committee. Judy first started coming to the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre to attend classes and lectures. With a passion for local arts, history & culture, her involvement evolved to volunteering at various events.
