Early Renaissance
This lecture will examine the transition from the Late Gothic style and Medieval mindset to the rebirth of classical antiquity and humanism as reflected in the art.
Renaissance
This lecture will explore the unique creative explosion of ideas and rapid development of technical skills expressed in the art in service to the Church.
