Overview

Participants will create one handbuilt and one wheel-thrown piece per class. Students will have the opportunity to decorate their work with underglaze on weeks three and four. The instructor will give participants a guided tour of the kiln shed and an explanation of the firing process to create ceramics. All pottery will be glazed and fired by staff. Participants will be notified approximately two weeks following the last class that their work is ready for pickup.

Aidan is a visual artist from Niagara Falls. After graduating from Brock University's Studio Art program, Aidan continues to work as a professional artist independently. Aidan's preferred media are drawing, non-traditional photography, and ceramics.
