Roger spent nearly 3 decades in the vibrant Toronto restaurant scene where he honed his culinary skills. His love for chocolates developed when he teamed up with a friend who was a skilled pastry chef. Together, they made an assortment of chocolates every Christmas for family and friends. One of the chocolates was a maple white chocolate fudge. It was such a big hit that he decided to put his focus solely on perfecting this fudge. Today, he added two other varieties: peanut butter fudge and his chocolate hazelnut fudge.
