Welcome the day with a series of mindful self-guided stretches followed by meditative colouring in our Walker Room. No prior experience is required.
Each session will leave participants with a quiet and focused mind.
Please come dressed for this activity. Students must provide their own yoga mat, and are suggested to bring a towel or blanket and water bottle.
Please note, this is an in-studio program.
Masks not required, but appreciated.
In-studio capacity will be limited to 10 participants.
