Overview

Learn from professional award winning artist Sam Paonessa how to create a strong composition by visual editing to make a dynamic painting. Also, discuss the importance of proportional and tonal balance. You will learn layering techniques applicable in both oil or acrylic mediums. Demo will be painted in acrylics.
By the end of this course, you will have increased your skills in Proportional and tonal balance, Paint Layering techniques, Visual Editing, Edge quality.

Pre-requisites: Some previous painting experience in acrylic and/or oil.

As this workshop runs from 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM, please ensure you pack a lunch for both dates.

Please note, this is an in-studio program.
Masks not required, but appreciated.
